And a Grand Time Was Had by All....

This is rare footage of The Meeting of the Mutual Admiration Society. Usually we are busy admiring each other.  Busy making each other laugh.  Busy enjoying our moments together, Grammy and Sweetie Girl Granddaughter... We get in our 'Happy Place' and sometimes are oblivious to things around us.  We are just that entertaining.  However, sometimes, mama shows up with Grammy's camera to document those moments that add up to 'Us.'  And we allow it.  Heck, we even invite mama to join in our fun!  Why hog all this wonderfulness to ourselves?We can be extremely thoughtful; curious about life and it's complexities....Or we can be hardworking; not afraid to get our feet dirty in the garden's dirt...Or we can be imitating daddy; playing with straws at every cafe and restaurant we stop at...Or we can share the love of good food.  Like Grammy's Premiere Guacamole Dip, pictured here on the Sweetie Girl's little mug.  Having her Grammy's propensity for really enjoying things to the last drop, we find her here, begging Guacamole Dip off mama's fingers, whilst she drains it to the dregs...So Grammy-like.....

Dining al fresco, absorbing the atmosphere, the food and the thoughts about how she is to keep Grammy entertained the WHOLE week...........

Sweetie Girl Guacamole:

3 ripe avocados
2 tbs lime juice
3 cloves garlic
2 tsp hot sauce (yep.  She LOVED it!)
1/4 cup salsa
5 chopped green onions
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp ground pepper

Mash it all up together.  Stir well.  Serve with tortilla chips, quesadillas or fingers.  Seriously.
