Garden Day Mac & Cheese

(Ed. Note: Being a Lo-Tech kinda gal, I have not yet figured out how to get the order of photos that I want. It seems that I get it figured out, then the Gremlins of Computer Land ((or my ineptitude)), scrambles them madly and randomly and I am undone. I usually try to finagle my way around but tonight, after a day of gardening and a double header(not playing; observing; this is hard work, make no mistake about this.), I am pleasantly sleepy and not so much concerned with the order of my pics. Please forgive and kindly read from the bottom of the post upward. 'We' hope to have the photo dilemma rectified someday. Or not.) 5. Add drained tuna to the mixture. Can I be humble and brag at the same time? Figured. I'll just say two helpings for me; three for the hubby. Gotta try this....
(Again, sorry for the upside down instructions...So like me to mix it up a bit.....)
4. Add the cubed cheese to the milk mixture and stir until creamy...Add 1/2 Parmesan/Roman0 Cheese...

3. Then the flour arrives. About 1/2 cup. A rue forms. Stir till it's all clumpy; careful! Don't burn it! Then ever so slowly, add about 1 cup of milk, stirring all the while till it is starting to thicken...Perhaps now would be a good time to add 2 tsps kosher salt, 1/2 ground pepper, 1 tbs parsley, 1 tsp celery seed...(you could use chopped fresh celery; I just forgot)

2. That's right. Saute lightly, just to get that flavor released.

1. Gardening can get a girl hungry and provides lots of mind down time that lets the brain come up with New Supper Ideas. Today, I knew I did not want meat, chicken or fish. Nor Spaghetti or salad but carbs would be nice.
Homemade Macaroni Cheese! Yes, Hubby bought his weight in cheese awhile back (Eldest/Admin did this not too long ago; Some genetic propensity for Cheese Abundance?), while it was on sale. A good start...Abundant Cheese.....Chopped Onion, pepper, mushrooms...Just enough to saute in BUTTER....
