I wonder how many of you have missed this teeny recipe.
I found it quite by accident and am really glad I bumped into it.
It's on the Kraft Parmesan Cheese label.
Little Cheese Crisps.
Perfect in salads or on soups.
Takes the place of the pesky high calorie croutons.
And here's how they go:
12 tbls shredded parmesan cheese
microwave plate of wax paper
Make four little piles of 3 tbls each of shredded cheese.
Microwave on high for 1 min. Maybe 2 min. Or a Min 1/2.....:D
Let cool before adding to a salad or pop into soup (esp tomato...YUM!!!)
See? Told you. Simple. Easy. Good.
